Managing Challenging Clients

This workshop will help frontline staff to manage challenging clients sensitively and assertively.

A 3-hour workshop to:

• Understand the effect of stress on the brain and how to calm strong emotions
• Avoid the drama triangle –victims, rescuers and perpetrators
• Manage conflict through active listening and assertion
• Focus on client need to resolve issues
