Managing Challenging Clients Learn how to cope with difficult clients or stressful situations This workshop will help frontline staff to manage challenging clients sensitively and assertively.

A 3-hour workshop to:

· Understand the effect of stress on the brain and how to calm strong emotions

· Avoid the drama triangle –victims, rescuers and perpetrators

· Manage conflict through active listening and assertion

From Partner to Parent
A new baby has a huge impact on a couple’s relationship. This course helps you to understand the responsibilities and expectations of being new parents and develop skills to keep your relationship alive. This is valuable time out together for parents of 0-6 year olds who may be a couple or separated.

Riding the Storm: for parents of teenagers
Watching your children grow up is rewarding but as they develop opinions and test out their independence it can be a challenge for any parent. This workshop looks at how to open up communication, improve your relationship with your teenager and explore teenage issues.
